After obtaining her business degree at The Ohio State University, Shelley has invested the past 19 years in training and leading others. Ms. Azallion represents individuals and corporate clients in multiple industries, including higher education, manufacturing, health care, hospitality, government, and technology. She serves on the board of directors for the Latin American Council of South Carolina, is vice chair of the Lowcountry Workforce Investment Board, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Ms. Azallion worked for Cooper & Gentile Co., LPA in Dayton, Ohio, where she practiced in the areas of labor and employment, business immigration, workers' compensation and school law. She has also worked as a human resources administrator and EEO Officer at the University of Dayton, where she was responsible for writing and directing the University's Affirmative Action Plan. Currently, she represents individuals and corporate clients in many industries including higher education, manufacturing, health care, government and technology.
Ms. Azallion has been a frequent speaker for business and community organizations on topics including sexual harassment, immigration, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, wage and hour and workers' compensation issues. Dick Kopplin attended high school and college in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire with a double major in English and History. He started his career in the private club business thirty years ago by managing Hillcrest Country Club in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He continued his career as a general manager for private golf clubs in Minnesota and Florida.
The last ten years of management experience were gained while serving as vice president or senior director of clubs for companies which involved multi-club responsibilities. The companies have included KSL Recreation Corporation in La Quinta, California, Desert Mountain Development Company in Scottsdale, Arizona and Castle Pines in Denver, Colorado.
Dick presently serves as president of Kopplin Search, Inc., a management consulting and executive placement company specializing in the golf industry.
Over the past eight years, Dick has recruited over one hundred general managers, golf pros, course superintendents, controllers, sales and marketing managers, membership directors and other senior management positions.
He has a reputation in the golf industry for finding outstanding candidates and placing them in the club environment appropriate to their talents. Many of Dick's clients have used his services for multiple search assignments.
As a result of consulting to many private clubs, Dick recognized a need to develop a seminar which would bring together the key department heads in a club as a cohesive management unit to achieve the objectives of the club. The Team Development Workshop teaches specific strategies that assist the department managers in working through the variety of challenges present in the private club business.
Additionally he conducts the "Board Dynamic Series" for private clubs which clearly defines the roles of club board members. It helps them to interact more effectively with the club general manager and all key department heads. | |

McCoy is a graduate of Michigan State University and has studied club construction and renovation at Auburn University, Cornell University and the Graduate School of Design at Harvard. McCoy received his - MCM - Master Club Manager designation in 1995.
Jerry McCoy is a national lecturer on club construction, renovation and internal marketing issues. He is a leader in effective membership surveys and author of The Service Gauntlet, a handbook for managers and directors on strategic planning and new operational thinking.
In 2003 Mr. McCoy was commissioned by CMAA's Premier Club Services (PCS) to write a comprehensive document that would help clubs develop better governance practices. | |

Bill Ivers has been in the software industry since 1967, having founded seven different firms, including an “Inc. 500” company. As a CEO or consultant, he has developed strategic marketing plans for more than 50 companies. He is currently the CEO of Clubessential, provider of 700 websites for city clubs, country clubs and yacht clubs around the world.
Bill holds degrees from Yale and Harvard as well as a doctoral degree in Oceanography from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
